If staying for more than one night, guest room cleaning is upon request only, from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Housekeeping Service

Housekeeping Service is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM only. Should you need additional essential amenities, we encourage you to request them in advance. Please dial 100 for the Front Desk.

Laundry / Pressing Service

Laundry and pressing services are available from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. You may call the Front Desk at local 0 or 100 for assistance.

Massage Service

Please dial 0 or 100 for the Front Desk for your request. The front desk will refer you to the nearest massage spa.

Medical Assistance

If not feeling well, please dial 100 for Front Desk. Our Front Desk Associate will refer you to the nearest hospital or clinic.

Pets

Pets are not allowed inside the hotel to ensure a comfortable and allergen-free environment.

Room Service

The food order will be in a takeaway box with disposable spoon and fork. The last order will be 30 minutes before the closing time of the restaurant. Take-away service is available between 6:00 AM- 8:30 PM.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the hotel premises or inside the guest room. A smoking fee is charged for any violation.
