The Rooms are very good, i would like to have a hotel like this in Davao.
Nice decoration, very clean, everything is working, everything is fine. You can stay here even if you expect a lot and expect a international standard hotel: You will be satisfied!
Inside of the hotel you find the Confiserie Totsys, the deli tirsos, and a current closed Tisalonge. And, the main spot: the famos Roadhouse cafe. That's not an cafe, it is a first class restaurant! You can find my reviews for all of this three.
Extra tipp: If you want to know what the Double m makes different from other Hotels in this area or better on the philippines: Just slide the bathroom door. They put a sliding mechanic here very rare in the philippines! The door is like hoovering. No sound, no noise on moving.
Don't hope for a extraordinary view: The Hotel is direct inside of the center of valenica. But they have good windows, so very silent.
They have 3 parking lots in front, most occupied. And another parking lot (6+ places) in the backside. Hard to find! Comming down the roxas street, and 70 mtrs. BEFORE Google maps ask you to turn right to Double M, there is a barrier and a security guard. He will let you in and guide you on parking.
By the way: Google maps send you from the Rohas street to the ML Quezon Street... But this road is a one-way road, you are not allowed to enter this direction!!!
Combined with a very very good restaurant, a good place to stay!

Great view. And every place you want to go when in Valencia is within limits.
This is the favorite place we always checked-in everytime we travel to Bukidnon. The service is perfect though they do have limited parking space

My wife and child stayed here for about a week while visiting Mindanao. I booked this property based on prior personal experience and knew that it was the ONLY Hotel within 50km that was worthy of accommodating my family. Gracious and perfect service at all times. Very welcoming of my 2 year old daughter who is enjoying her first trip back to visit her grand parents. My highest recommendation is provided should you require a proper hotel with Ownership and staff who deliver a fantastic experience for you and your loved ones!

A affordable place to sleep in Valencia bukidnon. Good for travelers in a budget. Even it’s affordable but still it’s a nice place
Amazing rooms, service, and especially the food! What a hidden gem. Deserves more recognition.
Cozy place, the rooms are clean and luxurious so comfortable. I like the bar as well.
The rooms are great. It's a new hotel. The beds are very soft! The walls are very well insulated so noise isn't a problem. One issue though is the wifi can't get into the bathroom because of this (so keep that in mind if you need internet when you go #2)
The hot water stopped working on the 2nd night that i stayed. They informed us by a letter that it was being worked on. 3 days later i asked how much longer it would be and it seemed they had forgotten to flip a switch for my room. I then had hot water but it stopped after 10 minutes. They couldn't fix it at night because nobody knew how to fix it. Same thing happened the next day. It was at this point that i realized it was an on demand heater and it was overloading from me running the water too slow. Disappointing that someone didn't know what room to go into to reset the breaker / water heater. Next day it was warm and no longer an issue since i always ran the water at full.
Only other issue is the room doesn't have a refrigerator. You can get ice during the day but they don't have any insulated ice bins so expect to be asking for ice often if you need cold water.
