The restaurant offers Filipino comfort food, rich and generous in flavors. Popular dishes include Pochero, Kare-kare, and Crispy Pata. The homey ambiance is truly welcoming for families and friends out to enjoy a good meal.
Named after the family patriarch, the restaurant serves deli sandwiches, light meals and steaks sourced from the family ranch raising grass-fed Angus, Brahman, and Brangus cattle. Deli products like sausages, bacon, corned beef, beef tapa, and pork tocino are available as pasalubong.
Named after one of the family’s children, the restaurant’s cakes, pastries, and breads are perfect for light snacks during the day. Totsy’s Cakes and Pastries opened in 1998 with its first branch in Bagontaas, Valencia City, Bukidnon. Travelers can delight in the pasalubong treats readily available in the restaurant. Best sellers are Ube Ensaymada, Pecan Pie, and Chocolate Moist Cake.
