Accommodation Terms & Conditions

  • Check-in time is 3:00 PM | Check-out time is 12:00 NN. 
  • Room rate is for double occupancy, including breakfast. If accompanied by children, a maximum of two (2) children aged ten (10) years and below are free of charge. Children above ten (10) years old will be charged as an extra person.
  • Extra Person rate includes breakfast. An Extra Bed is available for a fee in select guest rooms.
  • Payment for the accommodation may be made through credit card.
  • Full payment is required for the room night(s). The Cancellation Policy shall apply if the confirmed guest cancels the room night(s) by emailing us at info@doublemhotel.com. The Guest will receive an email confirming any cancellation requested.
  • Reservation is complete when the Guest receives a confirmation email from the Hotel.
  • Pets are prohibited on the hotel premises or inside the guest room.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel building or guest rooms. A cleaning fee of P5,000.00 will be charged per night for smoking inside the guest rooms.
  • Food with strong odors (e.g., Bagoong, Kimchi, Durian, Marang) is prohibited on the hotel premises or inside the guest room. Non-compliance will result in charges as approved by Hotel Management.
  • Cooking and using small electric appliances inside the guest room are prohibited. Non-compliance will result in charges as approved by Hotel Management.
  • While the hotel does not have an accredited massage service provider, guests can contact them independently. The masseuse must be in uniform and needs to register at the Front Desk. They must also leave their company ID or any government ID. A fee for Massage towels will be charged.
  • Gambling or any breach of the law inside the guest room is prohibited.
  • Loud music and parties inside the guest room are not allowed.
  • Visiting hours are until 9:00 PM. Guests are advised to register visitors after 9:00 PM, with the corresponding extra person charge.
  • Any damage to hotel property caused by the Guest or their visitors must be compensated by the Guest as directed by Hotel Management.
  • Items inside the guest room that are not part of the hotel’s complimentary amenities should not be removed from the guest room. Fees will be charged to the guest if they do not follow these terms and conditions.
  • Hotel will not be held responsible for any accidents caused by natural disasters, the Guest’s own negligence, or accidents caused by non-compliance with this agreement.
  • If a guest feels sick or ill, they should call the Front Desk for urgent assistance. The Hotel will help connect them to the nearest clinic or hospital.
  • Guests are encouraged to bring their valuables when going out or use the safety deposit box inside the guest room for the safekeeping of money and valuables. The Hotel will not be responsible for the theft or loss of valuable goods, etc., by the Guest.
  • Hotel is not responsible for private dealings between guests and Hotel employees.
  • Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any guest at any time without providing a reason. If refusal occurs while the Guest is a resident of the Hotel, the Guest must pay all fees due to the Hotel upon the expiry of the notice given.

Reservation

  • All Rates are net, non-commissionable.
  • All Rates are inclusive of breakfast.
  • Discounts may not be used in conjunction with other promotions and offers.
  • Children 10 years old & below sharing room with parents are free of charge excluding meals.
  • For booking confirmation, full payment must be made in advance. For 3rd party credit cards payment, payment must be made through the link provided by the hotel. Proof of payment must be sent to payments@doublemhotel.com.

Cancellation

Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • 8 days and earlier before the check-in date            No fee will be charged
  • 7 days before the check-in date,                              100 % of the accommodation fee
  • No show                                                                     100 % of the accommodation fee
  • No show due to force majeure                                  50% of the total charges
  • 8 days and earlier before the check-in date – No fee will be charged
