    The check-in time is in view of our thorough sanitation procedures for all available guest rooms.
  • Medical Assistance
    If not feeling well, please dial 100 for Front Desk. Our Front Desk Associate will refer you to the nearest hospital or clinic.

  • Laundry / Pressing Service
    Laundry and pressing services are available from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. You may call the Front Desk at local 0 or 100 for assistance.
  • Guest Room Cleaning Service
    If staying for more than one night, guest room cleaning is upon request only, from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
  • Pets
    Pets are not allowed inside the hotel to ensure a comfortable and allergen-free environment.
  • Room Service
    The food order will be in a takeaway box with disposable spoon and fork. The last order will be 30 minutes before the closing time of the restaurant. Take away service is available between 6:00 AM- 8:00 PM.
  • Smoking
    Smoking is not allowed in the hotel premises or inside the guest room. A smoking fee is charged for any violation.
